He’s held senior leadership roles with respected firms including Redwood Residential, Mandel Group, Banner Property Management, and Sherman Residential. With degrees in Finance and English, plus CPM, CPA, PHR, executive coaching, and Artificial Intelligence credentials, Steve brings a broad, practical perspective to solving business challenges. His consulting business helps leaders and companies sharpen focus, elevate performance, and drive change that sticks.
